TH-10 Multi-Stage Electric Lifting Column
TH-10 Multi-stage Electric Lifting Column, as a dedicated vertical lifting actuator, is constructed with thick aerospace-grade integrated aluminum profile tube, with a matte silver-white appearance of the whole machine, simple and elegant, corrosion-resistant and strong compression resistance. It has an IP54 protection rating and official CE and ROHS certifications, specially designed for vertical lifting scenarios. The model has a push force of 5000N, pull force of 4000N, self-locking force of 4000N, 24VDC DC power supply, full-load current of 4A, and no-load telescopic speed of 5mm/s, with strong power, which can stably realize vertical lifting.
Different from single-section actuators, this model adopts a multi-layer telescopic column structure, which greatly improves the compression resistance and anti-corrosion performance. It is equipped with precision internal wear-resistant bushings, which can effectively eliminate shaking during the lifting process and ensure vertical lifting without offset. It is built-in with electronic limit switches and dual overload protection, with safe and reliable operation. The trapezoidal lead screw locks loads firmly after power cut, and the 10% standard duty cycle is suitable for long-term static load-bearing tasks. The whole machine has no hydraulic oil pollution, no need for air source, can be used independently or in multi-column synchronous lifting linkage, and can achieve precise speed regulation and synchronous control with a controller.
Specially developed for vertical lifting scenarios, the product is widely used in smart standing desks, industrial inspection lifting platforms, medical exam beds, heavy equipment vertical jacking structures, automated warehouse lifts and other scenarios. It supports customization of total stroke, flange base and synchronous control schemes, with far superior vertical load stability than standard linear actuators, and is the preferred actuator for vertical lifting scenarios.
